Abitte Urbanismo prepares for launches and expands área of action for new states in the country
The developer is preparing for four new launches throughout 2021, says Asperbras shareholder and entrepreneur José Maurício Caldeira
After the successful sales of the “Adisa Birigui I” condominium, in the countryside of São Paulo, Abitte Urbanismo is preparing for the expansion and consolidation of the company in other points of the Brazilian real estate market. The first stage of this new phase will be the delivery of the “Quinta do Ipê Residencial Clube”, a closed condo that is being built in Araçatuba (SP) and which will be ready for housing construction in August.
“With the pandemic, the concept of the“new home” has revolutionized the consumer priorities. The home started to have a new purpose, which, in addition to housing, is also to serve as a place of work, entertainment and socializing ”, analyzes José Maurício Caldeira, director and shareholder of Asperbras. “It was with this concept in mind that we designed the ‘Quinta do Ipê Residencial Clube’, a space that meets all the needs of the family and helps increase the quality of life”, reinforces Caldeira.
Located in the highest area of the city, in an area of luxury condominiums, Quinta do Ipê has lots starting at 300 square meters and is truly complete, as it offers a toy library, sports courts, air-conditioned environments and is equipped with wi-fi, countless leisure options and woods with native trees as well as a party room with gourmet space.

New projects on the horizon
Even in the midst of the pandemic, Abitte Urbanismo never stopped. Throughout 2020, the company prospected new locations to expand its area of operation, a new phase that will materialize in 2021.
“After a year of analyzing consumer behavior and the real estate market, we are prepared to take Abitte’s quality to the rest of the country,” says José Maurício Caldeira.
The developer has marked in its agenda the launch of two new condominiums – the first in Cuiabá, capital of the state of Mato Grosso and the second in Dourados, in Mato Grosso do Sul. The beginning of sales is scheduled for the second half of this year.
